While we make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to weather conditions, courier delays, customs clearance, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Shipping Within India
We offer free shipping across India on all orders.
Orders within India typically arrive within 5–7 working days from the date of order. Our working days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
You will receive order updates and tracking notifications via email or WhatsApp.
If you need your order sooner, please get in touch with us and we’ll be happy to explore expedited shipping options, where available. Additional shipping charges may apply.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping.
International orders typically arrive within 10–14 working days from the date of order. Our working days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
Shipping charges for international orders are calculated at checkout based on the destination and package weight.
Any applicable customs duties, taxes, tariffs or import charges in the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient and may be payable separately.
If applicable duties or taxes are not paid and the shipment is returned to Ereena, the order will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Order Updates
You will receive communication at key stages of your order journey:
- Order Confirmation – Sent once your order is successfully placed.
- Dispatch Confirmation – Sent once your order leaves our facility, along with tracking details to follow your shipment.
