Each Ereena garment is made and prepared with care. Orders are typically dispatched within 7 to 14 working days from the date of purchase. Our working days are Monday to Friday.

Shipping Within India

We offer free shipping across India on prepaid orders made via debit card, credit card, UPI, net banking, bank transfer, or other available payment methods.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a flat shipping charge of INR 300 applies.

International Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping.

Please note that any customs duties, taxes, tariffs, or import charges applicable in the destination country are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon arrival of the shipment.

If duties or taxes are not paid and the shipment is returned, Ereena will not be able to process a refund or exchange for the order.

Orders shipped to certain countries, including the USA, may attract additional duties, taxes, or customs charges based on local regulations.

Order Updates

You will receive updates at key stages of your order journey:

1. Order Confirmation: Sent once your order has been successfully placed.
2. Dispatch Confirmation: Sent once your order leaves our studio, along with tracking details to help you monitor your shipment.

Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package. Delivery is generally attempted twice before the shipment is returned. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
