Fine Eri silk yarn is ethically sourced from the north-east of India. Hand-dyed in Andhra Pradesh using traditional plant-based extracts including marigold for yellow, myrobalan for grey and green-grey, madder for pink & plum, catechu for brown. The lustrous, airy fabric is handwoven in a village in Assam, and constructed into garments in Bangalore, completing the cycle of conscious production. From fiber to finish, each piece honors craft, community, and the natural palette of the land.

Eri is a durable, versatile and enduring silk. With just a little care, it will last beautifully for years to come.

• Dry clean only. Gentle professional cleaning. Eco dry cleaning recommended, if available.
• Avoid harsh chemicals. Keep away from perfumes, deodorants, cosmetics, bleach, stain removers and other chemicals that may damage the silk.
• Air gently after wear. Allow the garment to air away from direct sunlight and heat.
• Steam gently. Use a steamer or steam iron on low heat. Avoid prolonged contact with the fabric and do not use high heat.
• If damp, dry naturally. Allow the garment to dry in a well-ventilated space. Do not wring, twist or rub the fabric.
• Store with care. Store clean and completely dry, preferably folded loosely in a breathable fabric cover.
